[Though he'd been thinking about it for a while, after the last experiment Aleos decided that it was time to move to another location—being closer to the people he was comfortable certainly sounded like a better idea. So after finishing his morning shift he makes his way back to his apartment in CH1 to start packing. But as with all sort of spontaneous ideas, he didn't have enough boxes to carry his few personal belongings in.
So he'll also pass by the convenience store for such materials. All of this would be transported to the empty apartment on the first floor of CH5, though he'll still take the time to explore the upper floors once he's done transporting things between the two apartments. It shouldn't take too many trips, honestly.
Once he's settled in and become familiar with the area, he'll sit himself down outside the building entrance to observe the seasonal changes, a faint frown on his face. That can only mean one thing, and with the changes to the barrier he might as well start preparing...]
Does anyone have home remedies to recommend for the plethora of diseases and ailments that comes with autumn and winter? I would appreciate hearing some of them, especially for the common cold.
... No shots, please.
[It seems that someone would rather endure being sick in bed than those.]

[He trails off when he gets closer, surprise seeping into his voice.]
Aleos?
[action]
Is something wrong? [Aside from moving into your apartment building, no biggie.]
[action]
Wasn't expecting to see you here, that's all. What are the boxes for?
[He's got a few ideas, but....hmm.]
[action]
Hopefully he doesn't have to stand here too much longer, he's starting to get a little tired.]

I do know a Water Tribe remedy... but it's kinda gross.
[Voice]
Why would it be gross?
[Voice]
But this remedy I'm thinking of... It involves a kind of a paste. I think it was made out of... pepper berries? And blubber. You have to rub it on your chest.

Mind telling me about them? It might be better to have them ahead of time.

Outside of tea, echinacea and goldenseal help boost while blood cells. Garlic, onions, and cayenne can help be anti-virals. Melons, berries, watercress, parsley, and bell peppers can help keep up vitamin C too. Hot peppers, horseradish, lavender, mullein, mint, red clover, rosemary, and elder flowers can help with congestion. Lavender, peppermint, and yarrow can all alleviate congestion. Lavender may also stimulate immune function and induce much-needed sleep. Yarrow and elder flowers can promote sweating and help break a fever.

Other than that if you want to stop the flu you may need to get the shot.
Voice;
[He is very adamant about this requirement.]
Voice;
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say there's more to that.

I'm moving places, the apartment I'm at now just doesn't seem as homely. [He's half-serious about that.]

I am... I found another part of the village that suits me better, or I hope it will.

[Everyone else's suggestions are all good, but Rudy figures he might as well speak up. Being sick can't be all that great for this guy anyway, so it shouldn't hurt to chip in, right?]
Water helps too. ... Actually, just drinking anything warm helps.
[voice]
Anything warm?
[voice]
[Or rather, that was usually the case for Rudy's time. Medicine for most folks wasn't exactly all that advanced, after all, at least as far as preventing the common cold goes.]
Long as it goes down alright. Soup works, for one. So does tea. You can fix a cup with honey, ginger, and some cloves. ... You could throw some whiskey in there too, but I don't recommend it.
